this model by my opinion is like this:
- very nice design
- perfect colour combination
- the inner upper mesh (being like a mesh/net with big "eyes") is not comfortable for me as I can feel that mesh even through socks.In time, possible to injury my feet. I prefere the mesh very soft like you did it to the Zignition model as well as to other models
- the insole (footbed) is not so supporting so good even you add a soft EVA midsole , also the shape of the front of the shoe possible is too tight, doesn't comfort well my toes.
From the new models I checked so far Zignition is the best from all points of view, regarding running model.
- like a very funny thing I still wear ALAN IVERSON 3 basketball model. It's amazing. To remark, I was a professional basketball player, and I still play just for tone and fun.

I take advantage to send you other feedback like:

- very, very late response to the e-mails with demands , questions, etc.
- confusion in statements like in my case with returning conditions for my wife model VIVA SPEED ( from order RB638131 ), your customer team offered me the free cost returning for this product, and when Reebok refund the money I paid for that model 287.10 lei ( Romanian currency ) , I received just 257.41 lei , meaning you deduct the 29.69 lei for returning cost !!!! Anyway I sent a complain for this case.
- however, overall I can say Reebok rebirth with the beautiful designs and quality like before Adidas take Reebok.
- from my point of view Reebok make the best sport shoes in the world. I have the right to say that because I've been wearing Reebok since the '80s and always support very well my legs / feet.
- it is a pity to have these small communication problems for such a great brand name
- also I have to remark that returning cost managed by you through FedEx are quite low and helps and encourage to do a lot to orders for Reebok products without fear to return and to change products because of very high of returning cost or very complicated methods to return. Receive my congratulations.
