Absolutely terrible quality. The shoes are poorly designed and fit horribly. The entire front part feels loose and moves around on the foot, making them uncomfortable and unstable.

The plastic frame around the lower part of the shoe, which is supposedly there for stability, is basically decorative. It does almost nothing in practice.

The return process is just as bad. It is ridiculously difficult even to find the returns portal. I literally had to use AI in a separate app just to figure out how to get there. And once you finally reach it, the portal itself doesn’t work properly and doesn’t process return requests.

Even leaving a review on the Reebok website seems deliberately difficult. The button for writing a review is hidden and only appears when you happen to hover over the right place with your cursor. The review form itself then has no obvious button to actually submit the review. You have to make a ridiculous amount of effort just to leave feedback at all.

Terrible product, terrible return process, and an absurdly user-hostile website experience.
