In terms of looking for a hybrid trainer which was comfortable enough to where all day but provide a little bit of stability to do hiit and some strength training work this was perfect. I plan to take these on holiday as one pair of trainers I can do some holiday workouts but also where the airport etc. good wide toe box for my medium witih feet soft and stable foam good price good purchase
