These are the first pair of “white” trainers I’ve owned in years - they are really comfy. Smart enough to wear as casual wear and robust enough to wear when I train in the gym. The perfect all rounder in my opinion!

Very good shoe for weightlifting and short treadmill walks/runs. Provides good heel stability during barebell back squats and deadlifts. Also enough comfort during the short runs or walks. My old Puma Fuse could not provide that. You can actually feel the difference in comfort and stability.

Great sneakers for training in the gym. Stable, grippy sole. Very comfortable when working with weights. Of course, it's not comfortable to run a lot in them, but they're great for a short cardio workout after a strength training session. I'm very satisfied.

I use the Nano XV for CrossFit, and compared to the Nano XIV they feel significantly more rigid. People often say the toe box is the same as on the XIV, but in my experience that’s not true — there’s clearly less room, and I can definitely feel the difference. As a result, they’re also less comfortable overall.
I use dedicated weightlifting shoes for Olympic lifting, and one of the main reasons I’ve always preferred the Nano line over the Metcon was the versatility and comfort. Traditionally, Nano shoes were great all-rounders: you could run, box jump, squat, do burpees, and still handle heavy lifting comfortably.
With the Nano XV, all of that is still possible, but the shoe feels much stiffer and narrower than the Nano XIV. It seems Reebok pushed the design more toward stability and rigidity, at the expense of the comfort and flexibility that made previous Nano versions so versatile.
I used Reebok for 10 years of CrossFit.
