The Flip Charge is built for women who take their gym training seriously but don't need a competition-spec shoe to prove it, an accessible stability-focused training shoe for squats, lunges and lateral conditioning across the gym floor. This colourway brings energy to the session: Tranquil Blue and Hazy Blue across the textile upper with Expressive Pink as the accent, a layered cool-tone palette lifted by a warm contrast detail that gives this women's build distinct character on the gym floor. The Stability Saddle through the midfoot delivers zoned support during lifts and lateral movement, while the Rubber Wrap increases lateral stability and the performance collar locks the foot in with ankle comfort through dynamic training movement. PU synthetic film overlays add structure. A women's stability-focused training shoe at an accessible price, in a colourway that rewards a second look.

I love the look of the trainers and the colour and they are very suitable for training in the gym. One thing I don’t like about them is the fixed ‘tongue’ which makes it difficult or even impossible to open up the shoe to place my foot into it. Because of this I also find the shoe quite restrictive and my foot feels tight in it. Hopefully they will stretch a bit with wear.
