Exceptionally supportive and comfortable. I like trainers to have sufficient stability so that I can forget my feet and these meet that completely. I am buying a second pair for Summer a 1/2 size down- my true size. I usually go up 1/2 a size in trainers to protect my toes but maybe not needed with this style.
