Reebok EU Returns Policy
Reebok accepts returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for orders placed through our official EU online store (reebok.eu or your local Reebok site) through our online portal
Please note that items purchased from physical retail stores, international websites, or third-party retailers (such as department stores, resellers, or non-reebok.eu sites) cannot be returned via our return portal. For such purchases, please refer to the return policy of the original retailer.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact (including the original shoe box).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A label will be provided once you start your return through our portal. There may be a cost depending on where you are located
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be denied.
If you received an incorrect item or a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance once you have gone through our returns portal to provide evidence and order details.
