Dual hook-and-loop straps sit over the lace-up closure for an adjustable fit, added stability and a bolder look. The Chalk leather upper is built over Rally leather underlays for structure, with suede on the eyestay, sidestripes, heel tab, heel cap and crosscheck for a softer hand-feel and richer texture. A scalloped eyestay edge reflects Rouje's feminine design language, and Classic Burgundy detailing adds a rich colour note. I love these trainers. They are made with good quality leather. I have wide feet and these fit me comfortably - Reebok footwear always does. The footbed is well cushioned and supportive too.
I used to wear the suede version of these trainers for exercise in the late 80s-90s and I am really pleased to see the modern version as I have returned to trying to get fit and now really need the ankle support.
