After completing your online order, within 15mins of purchase, you can cancel it entirely or partially and then place a new one with the desire changes. Change details after are not possible e.g. amount of items, different size or color, personal details, payment method, etc.

There are two ways to find products: the navigation menu or the search menu.
To use the navigation menu, choose gender, sport, or any other relevant option at the header of the page. Mobile users can access these options by either clicking on the drop-down menu or scrolling down the page.
You can then use the filters to refine your search results. This is where you can narrow down your results by product type, size, color, and price.
Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top right of the page to find specific products. Enter the product name or the article number.

Although we try to minimize it as much as possible, in certain instances we may need to cancel your order. This can happen due to unavailability of the chosen item, issues related with quality once item is processed by our warehouse, system unavailability to process payment and other possible technical circumstances. For more information about your order and the cancellation, you can check the guest order tracker or your account. We suggest you to re-order the items. If your order, or part of it, was cancelled, the refund is processed back to the original payment method.

You don't need to have an account to place an order, you can checkout as guest. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as you can save addresses and payment methods for future purchases. It also allows you to better track your order or access your order history.

We'll send you a confirmation email with your order number shortly after we receive your order. Check your spam folder if you can't find your confirmation email. Check the promotions folder if you use Gmail. If you recently made a purchase, keep in mind that it may take up to five minutes for your order to be processed before you receive your confirmation email. We will be unable to send you an email if your email address contains a spelling error. But don't worry, your order will be processed as usual.
How can I check my order status if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
You do not need to contact us if you purchased your products through PayPal. Your order number can be found under 'purchase details' and consists of three capital letters followed by an 8-digit number. Use this to track your order.
How can I be certain that I will never miss another confirmation email?
Please double-check that you have entered the correct information before submitting your order. Create an account to securely save your information for future purchases. You'll also be able to check your recent orders under 'My Account' when you log in.

When your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once you receive the shipment email your order has been processed successfully. Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address as long as both addresses are in the same country. All you need to do is untick the box that says 'My billing information is the same as my delivery information’ and then you can enter in your correct billing details.

You can cancel online orders, entirely or partially, within 15 minutes of placing it if you have a Reebok account. 1.Go to my account and click on order details. 2.Click the button ‘Cancel items’. This button is only visible for 15 minutes after placing your order. 4.Now select the items you would like to cancel from your order, pick your cancellation reason and confirm your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you used to place your order and a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. The button to cancel your order is only visible for 15 minutes within placing the order. If the button is no longer visible, you will not be able to cancel your order anymore. In that case, you can return your order to us once you have received it and then be refunded.

To get your invoice, sign in to your account on our website to download it, or if you placed an order as a guest, enter your guest order details here and request to receive it via e-mail. Changes to invoices are not possible.
