To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. If you have an account, go to My Account > Orders & Returns where you can initiate a return, depending on the status of your item. If you placed your order as a guest, enter your details (order number and email used) on our guest area to Return your Order.
2. Find the order you want to return and click 'Initiate Return'
3.Select the item(s) you want to return, reason for returning and the number of boxed you will be using
4. Select your return method: drop-off or pick-up (depending on your location, pick-up might not be available).

4.1 If method is drop-off: take your parcel(s) to one of courier's drop-off points near you for free (you can see list on returns confirmation page and confirmation email)
4.1.1 Prepare your return:
- Place the item inside the packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases. If you no longer have the same outer box you can replace by another similar
- Print your return label (If your pick up address is outside of EU, please print and sign the ‘Returns Note’)
- Seal the package(s) and attach the Postage Label to the outside.
- Take your package(s) to the drop-off point and hand the Returns Note (if required) over.
- Make sure you ask the courier to scan the label and give you the evidentiary document so you can track your return.

4.2 If method is pick-up: Select your collection address, schedule a collection date and suitable time slot and click 'Book Return'
4.2.1 Prepare your return:
- Place the item inside the packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases. If you no longer have the same outer box you can replace by another similar
- Print your return label (If your pick up address is outside of EU, please print and sign the ‘Returns Note’. )
- Attach the Postage Label to the outside.
- Leave the parcel(s) open for the courier to check and hand the Returns Note (if required) over.
