K-Trap Reemix Sessions Challenge

Ahead of the Reebok Full Circle pop-up, Reebok Europe and K-Trap invite emerging artists to submit a video of themselves freestyle rapping. This is a chance to be seen, heard, and supported by artists and mentors shaping the culture today. The challenge is open to everyone based in the UK aged 18-30.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is GB Brands Europe Ltd (trading as Reebok Europe) (the “Promoter”), of:

This competition is delivered in collaboration with K-Trap and his Thousand8 team. The Promoter is solely responsible for the administration of the competition.

2. The Competition

  • 2.1 - Ahead of the Reebok Full Circle Pop-Up, Reebok Europe and K-Trap invite emerging artists to submit a video of themselves freestyle rapping.
  • 2.2 - The competition offers selected entrants the opportunity to attend a recording session at the Reebok Full Circle Pop-Up event. No recording contract,
    commercial release, management agreement, employment relationship or ongoing commercial opportunity is guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

  • 3.1 - The competition is open to individuals
    who:
    - are residents of the United Kingdom; and
    - are aged 18 to 30 years old on the date of entry.
  • 3.2 - Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, contractors, or any person professionally connected with the administration of the competition, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  • 3.3 - The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of age, identity and address.

4. Competition Period

  • 4.1 - The competition opens at 19:00 (GMT) on 17 February 2026.
  • 4.2 - The competition closes at 23.59 (GMT) on 24 February 2026.
  • 4.3 - Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

  • 5.1 - No purchase is necessary.
  • 5.2 - To enter, participants must:
    - record a video of themselves rapping a cappella or using a beat of their choice;
    - upload the video to Instagram as a Reel;
    - include the hashtag #reebokreemix;
    - tag @reebokeurope; and
    - comply with any additional entry instructions published on K-Trap’s official social media channels before the closing date and consistent with these Terms
  • 5.3 - Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
  • 5.4 - Entries must not contain unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • 5.5 - Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights in any music, beats or other third-party material used. The Promoter reserves the right to mute, edit or remove audio where rights are unclear.
  • 5.6 - The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to technical failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Selection Process

  • 6.1 - Entries will be reviewed and selected by K-Trap.
  • 6.2 - Finalists will be selected based on originality, lyrical skill, performance quality and overall creative impact.
  • 6.3 - The judge’s decision is final.
  • 6.4 - The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • 6.4 - Between three (3) and six (6) finalists will be selected.
  • 6.5 - Finalists will be contacted by 26 February 2026 via Instagram direct message from the official Reebok Europe account.
  • 6.6 - If a selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative entrant.
  • 6.7 - The Promoter reserves the right not to select any finalists if, in its reasonable
    opinion, no suitable entries are received.

7. Prize

  • 7.1 - Between three (3) and six (6) finalists will be invited to attend the Reebok Europe
    Full Circle Pop-Up on Saturday 28 February 2026 to participate in a recording session with K-Trap and his Thousand8 team.
  • 7.2 - No travel, accommodation, subsistence or other expenses will be covered. Finalists are responsible for all associated costs.
  • 7.3 - Attendance is subject to compliance with venue rules and any reasonable instructions issued by the Promoter or event organisers.
  • 7.4 - All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.
  • 7.5 - The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
  • 7.6 - Participation in the recording session does not guarantee commercial release, distribution or further collaboration.

8. Recording and Image Rights

  • 8.1 - The Promoter may film, photograph and record finalists at the event.
  • 8.2 - By accepting the prize, finalists grant the Promoter and its group companies the
    right to use their name, likeness, voice and performance in connection with promotional, marketing and editorial activity relating to the competition and the Promoter’s brand.
  • 8.3 - Unless otherwise
    agreed in writing, any recordings created during the session shall be owned by
    the Promoter or its appointed production partner. Participants acknowledge that
    there is no obligation to commercially exploit any recording.

9. Intellectual Property, Warranties and Licence

  • 9.1 - Entrants retain ownership of their submitted videos
  • 9.2 - By entering, entrants grant the Promoter and its group companies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit and communicate the submission, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes in connection with the competition and the Promoter’s brand.
  • 9.3 - Entrants warrant that:
    - they are the sole creator and owner of the submission;
    - the submission does
    not infringe any third-party rights;
    - all necessary consents and permissions have been obtained.
  • 9.4 - The Promoter may request evidence of such rights and may disqualify entrants who
    fail to provide satisfactory documentation.
  • 9.5 - To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive moral rights in respect of uses contemplated by these Terms.

 9. Indemnity

  • 9.1 - Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter against losses reasonably incurred arising from:
    - breach of the warranties in these Terms; or;      
    - third-party claims relating to the submission.

 10. This clause survives completion of the competition.

11. Publicity.

  • 11.1 - By entering, entrants agree that their name, social media handle and submission may be used for promotional purposes in connection with the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • 11.2 - In accordance with regulatory requirements, the Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of finalists. Entrants may object to such
    disclosure by contacting the Promoter, although the Promoter may still be
    required to provide this information to regulators.

12. Data Protection

  • 12.1 - Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • 12.2 - Data will be used for administering the competition, contacting entrants, organising the event and related promotional activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • 13.1 - To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
    - loss arising from participation in the
    competition or attendance at the event;
    - technical failures affecting entry;
    - circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • 13.2 - Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Disqualification

  • 14.1 - The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach these Terms, engage in misconduct or act in a way that may damage the reputation of the Promoter or the competition.

14. Platform Disclaimer

  • 14.1 - This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform.

15. Force Majeure

  • 15.1 - The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. General

  • 16.1 - These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the competition.
  • 16.2 - If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
  • 16.3 - Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

  •  17.1 - These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from them.
