The Reebok Flip Charge Women's Training Shoes are built for the full range of a gym session: stable enough for heavy lifts, agile enough for dynamic cardio, and constructed to hold its form through both. The crisp White engineered mesh upper provides maximum breathability, while the Mint Green midfoot cage delivers targeted lateral support during explosive multi-directional movements.

The Stability Saddle provides zoned support along the midfoot where training demands it most, working in tandem with the Rubber Wrap, which increases lateral stability for side-to-side agility work and loaded movements. The Performance Collar locks the foot securely in place and increases ankle comfort throughout the session, and the low-profile White midsole with TPR outsole delivers reliable ground feel and traction across any gym floor surface.

I love the look of the trainers and the colour and they are very suitable for training in the gym. One thing I don’t like about them is the fixed ‘tongue’ which makes it difficult or even impossible to open up the shoe to place my foot into it. Because of this I also find the shoe quite restrictive and my foot feels tight in it. Hopefully they will stretch a bit with wear.
